“Being named as Milbank’s Manufacturer Representative of the Year is a fantastic honor!

When Rouzer Group began the relationship, with the acquisition of Lee-Noonan Company, we challenged ourselves to expand the utility business, increase the partnership levels with key customers, and prove ourselves valuable to one of the marquis manufacturers in our industry. Milbank, and the newly added Rouzer team members, did a great job of making sure we understood the product and value statement so we could work hard to integrate into our business.

Fast forward to 2023: The culmination of efforts has had its challenges, but developing trust in our partnership throughout both organizations has helped greatly. Sales, Marketing, Operations, Design all worked through issues to get the product to our customers through the challenges of supply, ERP, freight issues, etc.
