Milbank Announces Key Promotions in Sales Team
We have news! Our Sales team has a new look, as three of our team members are stepping into new roles at Milbank.
Chad Palmer has been promoted to Area Sales Manager. Chad started with Milbank in May 2012 and has held several positions including Renewable Energy Specialist, Generator Technical Service Manager, Enclosed Controls (EC) Product Coordinator and most recently EC Product Manager. In his new role, Chad will directly manage and support the manufacturer reps to leverage all products and all sales channels in the Pacific Northwest Territory. He will also manage the overall profitability (P&L) and strategic marketing plans to achieve set sales goals. Chad’s wealth of product knowledge and customer service-centric attitude will contribute to his future success as an Area Sales Manager with the outside sales team.
Mindy Dohrman has been promoted to Product Manager for Enclosed Controls. Mindy started with Milbank in August 1996 and has held several positions including Continuous Improvement Office Manager, Senior Technical Sales and Quotations, and most recently, Inside Sales Supervisor. In her new role, Mindy will be more involved in the long-term growth strategy with Enclosed Controls and continue to work closely with Engineering and Production.
Aaron Frerking has been promoted to Inside Sales Supervisor. Aaron started with Milbank in August of 2021 and has held several positions including Services Coordinator, Inside Sales Representative II and Inside Sales Representative III. In his new role, he will assist with motivating the Inside Sales team to achieve sales targets and metrics while documenting and presenting training on internal processes.
