Celebrating the Retirement of Two Dedicated Milbank Employees

At Milbank, we are grateful for the dedication and hard work of our team members who help make our company a success. Within the past month, two of our Milbank family members started their retirement adventures, Sharon Billington and Donna Cox. While we will miss their contributions, we are excited for them as they begin their next chapters.

Honoring Sharon Billington: 22 Years of Dedication

Retirement Date: December 31, 2024

Sharon Billington, fondly known as “Momma” by her colleagues, joined Milbank in 2002 as a Credit Associate at our corporate office. For 22 years, Sharon has gone above and beyond to support her team and Milbank’s mission, earning admiration for her resilience and work ethic.

Reflecting on her time at Milbank, Sharon shared:
“Milbank turned out to be more than a job; it became a family. To my colleagues, my bosses, and everyone I’ve worked with, thank you for making my time here so special. I’m looking forward to seeing what’s next!”
Sharon’s knowledge and dedication have been invaluable, and she will be greatly missed. We caught up with Sharon post-retirement and she said it still feels a little weird not going to work.

Recognizing Donna Cox: A Commitment to Quality

Retirement Date: January 3, 2025

Donna Cox joined Milbank in November 2022 at our KC Plant as a Flow Line Assembler before transitioning to her role as Quality Inspector I. Donna played a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and materials, working closely with her team to drive improvement initiatives.

Reflecting on her time at Milbank, Donna shared:
“I’ve enjoyed working here for the past two years and have met some really good people. I’ll miss everyone in the Quality Department and wish everyone the best.”
Donna’s contributions to Milbank’s success will not be forgotten, and we wish her the very best in her retirement.
